How Liquidation Price Works

1

Enter Your Position Details

Start by entering your entry price (the price at which you opened your position) and your position size in units.

2

Set Your Leverage

Enter your leverage multiplier. Higher leverage means you control more value with less capital, but also brings your liquidation price closer to entry.

3

Choose Margin Type

Select isolated margin (risk limited to allocated margin) or cross margin (uses entire account as collateral). This affects how liquidation works.

4

View Your Liquidation Price

The calculator shows your exact liquidation price, margin requirements, and risk level. Keep liquidation price at least 20% away from entry for safety.
